Is the shop secure?
We know that security is one of the biggest single influencing factors as to why people do not shop on the Internet. Of course, this is totally understandable: Many companies - including us - are unknown entities, stuck out in the cyber environment that is the World Wide Web. This is one of the reasons for our openness policy. We are more than happy to share all of our company details with you, and actively encourage your feedback, whatever that may be! On-line Security:
injuryprevention.org.uk’s server is based in a secure location away from our offices and that users sensitive information - including name, address and credit card details - are encrypted so that it can only be read by the employees of IPM. They cannot be read via the Internet. In short, all online transactions are totally safe and all credit card and debit card details are handled with the utmost security. To ensure complete security however, you also need to do your bit. For example, always keep your login password a secret. This common sense approach combined with our online security measures, ensures total security is guaranteed with IPM.

Do I have to pay in full to book on Level 1 or Level 2 training?
No. We are happy to hold a place for you on a course with a deposit. Payments can then be made in instalments as long as the balance is received in full by two weeks before the course date. We accept payment online by card, or by cheque through the post.

I’m not very fit. Can I still do this training?
Of course you can. Our courses are only small – usually between 6-10 attendees – so individual attention to each attendee is possible. If you struggle with something, our trainers will endeavour to work with you to figure out how you can adapt the technique to suit you. You will find your energy levels, fitness, and flexibility levels improve with regular use of our techniques in your work. We all have to start somewhere!

So this technique is better for me, but what about for my client?
It should go without saying that your clients will benefit from a happier, healthier you, but not all of them will feel that is enough to justify a change, whether to their massage or to your prices. IPM techniques offer your clients a more ‘connected’ and ‘flowing’ feeling massage with lovely even pressure that can be deep without being sharp. Because the surfaces used to apply the strokes are larger and can cover more surface area at once, clients have the option of squeezing more massage into less time. Additionally, the many different disciplines encompassed by IPM techniques mean that clients can reap many more physical benefits than from traditional massage alone. You can become a veritable ‘one stop shop’ for their massage demands – aromatherapy, if you’re qualified, deep remedial, relaxing, detox, muscle stretch, and systemic release… And you’ll be in business to be available to them far longer than you would have been before.

What do your prices include?
Our workwear/uniform prices are ex VAT and delivery but you choose delivery and VAT is added on checkout, our prices on equipment are fully inclusive of shipping (excludes Ireland and certain UK addresses where there is a small surcharge - see Terms and Conditions for a list) . There are no surprises when your couch arrives and nothing more to pay. Place your order, pay the price shown, and your couch will arrive direct to you.

How soon can I get my order?
Most orders are shipped from our warehouse within days, and are with you in 5 - 7 days. However, We do ask that you allow 28 days for delivery (in the instance on out of stock items), however most orders should be with you within 5-7 days weeks from order at the outside. We process orders immediately; in-stock items are shipped straight away.

How much weight will your massage couches support?
All of our massage couches are designed and manufactured with the safety of the therapist and their clients in mind and are rigorously tested. All of our couches are designed to easily hold over 450 pounds of working weight(32 Stone).
